The whole point of this tournament is to watch high school students fight against each other and to find out which three fighters reach the final round. The winner of the tournament will get any wishes fulfilled by the corporation without any question.

Mori takes part in the tournament and faces different and dangerous competitors. Some fighters even have “Borrowed Power,” which happens to be some mystical energy permitted by supernatural entities. Several other incidents take place in the opening round, which Mori will have to go through alone.
