Based on a 1989-96, comic book of the same name, written by Neil Gaiman, ‘The Sandman‘ was premiered this year on 5th August. Originally having 10 episodes, one additional episode was included to it, which was released on 19th August 2022.

The official twitter handle of ‘The Sandman’ also confirmed the news. As far as the release date of season 2 is concerned, it is yet to be announced. It might be launched sooner than expected. Probably in January 2023! (Fan’s hope) Episode’s count is also under the wrap.
The first season of ‘The Sandman’ rose to fame instantly and debuted at streamers global top 10 list for complete seven weeks with its additional 11th episode which was released on 19th August adding more to its already boosting popularity.
‘The Sandman’ revolves around Morpheus, played by Tom Sturridge, who is a titular God of dreams. And how he escapes an occult ritual. This series is about his adventures and his journey of restoring his realm, The Dreaming.
