As discussed above, the plot of Toradora revolves around the budding relationship between two enemies turned friends, Ryuji and Taiga. Ryuji is a kind-hearted soul with a gentle personality, whereas Taiga is considered the school’s most dangerous animal because of her negative attitude. As the story progresses, it is revealed that Ryuji has a big crush on Minori Kusheida, who is (surprise surprise) best friends with Ryuji’s arch-nemesis Taiga.

However, Ami knows how to sugarcoat her twisted lies and manipulative personality under the disguise of a naive girl. Once she enters the school, Amy has her eyes set on Ryuji, which to everyone’s surprise, starts irking Taiga.
What happens when two enemies begin helping each other get close to their respective crushes? Come on, you guys! It’s a simple guess. Sooner or later, the enemies will catch feelings for one another. Just like my favorite book trope, Ryuji and Taiga’s story soon blossoms into enemies-turned-lovers, but Ami’s nagging turns everything sour. By the end of season 1, it is clear that the two main characters are head over heels for one another. Now, the question is, when are they going to realize their feelings and make a move before it’s too late.

What Can Fans Expect From Toradora Season 2? Ryuji And Taiga May Have A Future Together!
The ending of Toradora season 1 makes it clear that two people who begin at odds with one another are now at peace with each other’s presence in their lives. Toradora season 2 can focus on the relationship between Ryuji and Taiga and give the series’ fans one more reason to love the show. The hypothetical season 2 of Toradora should make a jump to the final years of the couple’s high school journey and see them stepping into a new world together.
Though, there is always a possibility that the makers can take their focus away from this couple and bring a new couple into the mix. After all, the show can’t always revolve around the same story. If Toradora season 2 wants to gain everyone’s attention quickly, makers won’t hesitate to bring a change into the storyline.
