She-Hulk can be considered a conscious and watered-down version of the Hulk. This gamma-powered superfemale features the iconic green-colored Hulk skin and has an amazing super strength to go with it. She-Hulk is a more emotionally intelligent version of the Hulk as well since she is capable of sustaining her Intelligence even after transforming.

Wanda is known for having to lead a pretty grey life in comparison to other superheroes. Who Is She-Hulk And What She Can Do?
She-Hulk, aka Jennifer Walters, is a legal attorney who is also Bruce Banner’s cousin. She-Hulk came into existence after Jennifer Walters was transfused with Bruce banner’s blood. She got fatally wounded during an incident and got blood from the Hulk. As a result of this blood transfusion, Jennifer Walters’s inner desires initiated a Hulk-like transformation in her. However, the female version of Hulk is not as bulky as Hulk and seems like a powered-up version of herself.
She-Hulk will be introduced into the MCU with her own TV show called She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, which will be premiering on the OTT platform Disney Plus from August 2022.
She-Hulk has the same powers as the Hulk but less explosively. She-Hulk has become extremely unstable like the Hulk, especially if she is scared. However, this behavior of She-Hulk has only been mentioned in the comics, and we have no idea whether Marvel She-Hulk has that capability or not. The normal version of She-Hulk gains Hulk-like strength and still sustains her intelligence, and is not that explosive.

Wanda Vs She-Hulk | Will She-Hulk Win?
Wanda, aka Scarlett Witch, is known to be severely emotional at times, resulting in a power boost for her. Wanda and She-Hulk have not even interacted in the MCU as of now. However, the duo has worked together in the Avengers team if we refer to the comics.
If a Wanda Vs She-Hulk situation happens in the MCU; the chances of Wanda winning are pretty high in comparison to She-Hulk. Primarily because Wanda usually prefers to indulge in fighting her opponents from a distance, while She-Hulk is more or less a close combat superhero. It will be almost impossible for She-hulk to defeat Wanda, given her current powers in the MCU.
Suppose we refer to the Wanda Vs She-Hulk altercation in the comics, then they have a fight scene where the duo fights each other. This specific comic sequence features She-Hulk becoming explosive and reaching a rage-like state similar to the Hulk. This specific transformation of she-Hulk is not like her normal transformations, as she, like Hulk, does not sustain her intelligence. After going on a rampage, Wanda finds She-Hulk and tries to calm her down. Wanda eventually decides to overpower She-Hulk by magically aging her gamma radiation until she returns back to her human form.
If we refer to this specific comic scene, then Wanda can defeat not only She-Hulk but all gamma-powered beings if she successfully manages to age their gamma radiations without aggravating them further. Even though this scene is not from MCU, it is also not considered a proper fight scene since Wanda was trying to help She-Hulk by forcing her back into human form rather than fighting her. We can undeniably say based on the current power differences between the two superfemales, that the chances of She-Hulk winning against Wanda seem like a far-fetched situation.
