Plot Of Sharp Stick | What Is Sharp Stick About? 

The plot of Sharp Stick revolves around the life of an innocent and inexperienced 26-year-old, Sarah Jo. She lives with her mother and sister within the boundaries of Hollywood, LA. Sarah has had a difficult life as she gets a hysterectomy at the tender age of 17.

Now an adult, Sarah longs to be seen and wants to enjoy the experiences that she missed out on. She starts working as a caregiver/ babysitter in the neighborhood to meet new people and earn some extra cash. It is during these times she embarks on a journey of personal exploration. She finds her likes and dislikes and starts an affair with an older and married man named Josh. He has employed Sarah as a babysitter for his daughter and is about to have another child soon.

Sarah ends up losing her virginity to him and takes lessons on s*xuality and power from her mother and friends.
