This eye-catching house was sold in 2006 to a small family who is recognized as the owner till today. Just like in the movie, this house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in real life. Also, I would like to mention not to disturb the family to check out the house.

The huge house of Martha was 654 Cumberland Rd NE. Although only a few sequences were shot here, the owner charged a lot for shooting. With no other option left, the makers paid him the decided amount.
This huge establishment, complimented by a stone facade garage and a partial basement, is perfect for a big family. But don’t mind, it’s not available for sale right now. But you may have a word with the owner. Who knows, he may have a change of mind in the coming years!
