It is situated in the Sofia Valley and lies in the western part of the country.

The studio has ten well-equipped soundstages, office complexes, lounge areas, and a number of standing sets. It is situated at 1616 National Cinema Center, Sofia, Bulgaria. Hollywood blockbusters like Hitman, 300: Rise of an Empire, Hellboy, and Conan the Barbarian were shot at Nu Boyana Film Studios.

The story of Cobweb revolves around Peter, played by Woody Norman. Peter is an 8-year-old shy boy who is bullied at school. As Peter plans to go trick-or-treating on Halloween night, Carol and Mark do not let him go because a few years back, a young girl disappeared on the same night. 

Stuck at home, Peter hears a mysterious sound inside the walls. He ignores it, but eventually, he keeps on hearing the sound. Soon, he is haunted by it. When he tries to investigate the knocking sound, he discovers that his parents are hiding a horrific and dangerous secret.
