While Carter busies himself with partying and meeting women, Lee sets out to hunt down a Triad gang lord. The gang leader is supposed to be the one responsible for the murders of two American Embassy employees. 

Sh!t hits up the fan when the two of them come across a counterfeiting plot hatched by Steven Reign and Triad Ricky Tan. The latter is suspected to have had a part in the mysterious death of Lee’s father. 

Soon, the two detectives find themselves entangled in brutal fights and life-threatening situations. They return back to the US because so many answers to all of this mess are hidden there. But, even going there might backfire. And, Carter may have a bit more excitement and adventure than he had signed up for.
