The story of Mission Impossible: Fallout is set in Germany and France. However, the production members working on this project decided to film the majority of the sequences in and around England and France. 

Although, it’s equally important to mention that some of the scenes, which appear towards the end of the movie, were also captured around Forsand, Norway. During the initial stages of production, Christopher and his team decided to scout the locations in France first. 

After the desired location in and around the city of Paris was selected, the production members moved to England. Several potential filming locations were scouted by the team, which were going to be used to later depict the sequences of Berlin. 

However, the team eventually decided to re-create the majority of the sequences depicting the background of Berlin inside a studio in Hertfordshire. However, some outdoor scenes of the movie were later filmed in and around the city of London too.

The principal photography of Mission Impossible: Fallout began in the second week of April 2017 and continued until the end of March 2018. After following the instructions given by Christopher during the early stages of filming, the production members were able to follow the shooting schedule.

As the story progresses further, the lead character begins to pursue the criminals but somehow fails to catch them while they were transporting the stolen plutonium cores. But, soon, Ethan reaches out to his old friends who previously worked with him in the IMF.
