• Launch the Music app on your iPhone or iPad. 
• Then, navigate to the song you wish to share on your Instagram stories. Once you locate it, tap and hold the song. A small pop-up menu will appear on the screen. Choose the Share Song option from it.
  • If the song is already playing, go to the Now Playing screen and tap the three-dot icon present next to the name of the song. A pop-up menu will appear on the screen, choose “Share Song” from it. 
• Once you’ve tapped on the “Share Song” option either of these ways, scroll through the list of apps that appear on the screen to locate Instagram.
  • If you don’t see Instagram in the list of apps, tap on More and then tap on Edit. From there, enable the switch for Instagram. Lastly, tap on Done. 
• The album cover with a suitable background color will now open on Instagram. You can use Instagram’s story editing tools to edit the story further, but please note that you can’t change the background color.
  • If you have anything to say about the song, you’re listening to, tap on the Aa icon located at the top of the screen and write something. 
  • If you want to draw something on your story, tap on the three-dot icon located at the right-most side and select Draw from the menu that appears. Then, you can choose from the various pen options and draw something, maybe a heart, to show your love for the song. 
  • You can also add stickers or some GIFs to the story. Tap on the sticker icon and browse through the options to add something. Once you’ve found what you want to add, tap on it, and it will open on the screen. You can then place it wherever you want it to be on the screen. You can also resize it if you want.

• Launch the Apple Music app on your device. 
• Navigate to the song you wish to share. 
• Then, press the Top and Home buttons together and release them quickly. A screenshot will now be taken. A thumbnail of what is captured will appear in the screen’s bottom left corner and then be saved to your device. 
• Now that you’ve got the screenshot open the Instagram app. 
• Then, swipe right from the main home screen, or tap on the Plus icon at the bottom of the screen and then go to the Story tab from there. 
• Tap on the gallery icon at the screen’s bottom-left corner to open your camera roll. 
• From here, select the screenshot that you just took. 
• The screenshot will now appear on the screen.
